Return Policy:
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 15-day return policy on used or refurbished items you are not satisfied with. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Vitals Web, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for an exchange if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). All expedited shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable.
Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, minimum $9.95. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the Vitals Web dealer warranty period. For all returns shipping must be prepaid and insured. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Vitals Web are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Sale items and special order products may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, software CDs or DVDs and books may not be returned.
New items carry manufacturer warranty only. Vitals Web will warrant these items against defects for 15 days from the delivery date (non-DOA warranty), after which time repair/replacement must go through the manufacturer. All Software items are NON refundable, and may be exchanged for the same title only in case that it is deemed unusable at the time of receipt.
Motherboards, CPUs, and Memory do not qualify for refunds. Such items can be exchanged for the same model only.
Complete custom made computer systems and barebones are not eligible for refunds. Any defective parts from Custom Made Computer Systems or Barebones under warranty are eligible for replacement only.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped within (3) three business day unless notified otherwise. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day. If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know, we are happy to fulfill your request!
Free shipping does not apply to non-prepaid orders, such as COD / school / government purchase orders. It also does not apply for orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. not Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping Charges within the United States:
If your oder includes large, oversized, or akward items, we will contact you regarding the shipping costs. If the most economical shipping cost is not figured by the shopping cart during checkout, we will charge your the correct shipping amount.
USPS orders are shipped Priority Mail and should be delivered in 3-10 business days depending on customer location. However, USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered. Orders with Alaska Bush address will be shipped Parcel Post unless you specify you would rather Priority Mail be used. We use delivery confirmation for all orders. FREE SHIPPING for large items & International orders not included.
International Shipping Charges:
We ship international orders via USPS Registered Insured Mail International (1-3 weeks est delivery) If any additional charges apply or if your order contains oversized items we will contact you. Any custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.
